I'm having the same issue, and it's been about two weeks now. Although, looking through the forum, it looks like Xfinity doesn't actually respond much here. Maybe they'll see this ... when I canceled Verizon Fios, they told me that if I came back, they would give me new customer pricing again and also pay any early termination fees I might incur. Here's hoping Xfinity customer service isn't as bad as the Comcast service I had when I was a customer 20 years ago, or I'll be taking Verizon up on that offer.
