I received a phone call from, (469)-200-1827, at approximately 7:30 pm that claimed to be an employee from Comcast. My wife answered the call and the employee asked to speak to me (they knew my full name), when my wife asked them to leave a message (suspecting fraud) they refused and asked to speak to someone that made "decisions" on the account (which my wife has authority to do, therefore, a real employee would know that). After that my wife ended the call and blocked the number but we were hoping to report this to Comcast. How could we go about doing that? Thanks.
