Soooo...I just recently moved and stopped my internet service at my old residence. I'm trying to log into my account so that I can pay my final bill and I keep getting to a page that says RESTRICTED SECTION and cannot go any further. I can't even use the automated phone payment system since my phone number is no longer linked to an active account. Would like to avoid paying through a person on the phone since that will cost more. Advice? Anyone else having the same issues???
