FOR COMCAST: It's been ~2 weeks since my TCM has been moved from my agreed upon contractual package. Please put it back! I have placed a deadline on this. If TCM is not returned to my lineup by that deadline, I will be cancelling my service, including internet.
FOR OTHER POSTERS: I purchased an Amazon 4K Fire Stick this weekend and signed up for YouTube TV. I am able to LIVE stream everything that I want--including TCM--with this service (watched TCM live this weekend in fact). It works wonderfully! Highly recommend. I also have an Apple TV connected to another television but need to upgrade to a newer version since its first generation and its capabilities are limited.
It's hard to believe that Comcast/Xfinity is intent on pushing customers like me away. I have an expensive package that I would have been content to keep paying for until this TCM bonehead move. I am upset that Cinemax has been removed from my package. I am upset that TCM has been removed from my package. I am upset that Starz is about to be removed from my package.

It's going on 4 days now since TCM has been pulled from my (very expensive) channel lineup. I'm still furious. I signed a 2-year contract with Comcast for service, which included channels I specifically wanted. First, they removed Cinemax. I noticed but shrugged it off but was not pleased. I'm guessing there wasn't wide-spread outrage so they assumed pulling the same stunt with TMC would also be met with shrugs followed by all us sheep who genuinely LOVE TCM subscribing to their bogus "sports" package. I refuse to purchase their bogus sports package in order to access TCM! I refuse to juggle my package around in order to access TCM (e.g., losing more to gain TCM)! I refuse to believe this was TCM's doing as I've read others say customer service has told them! Where’s the adjustment to my monthly bill since you've taken Cinemax and TCM from my agreed-upon, contractual service?! I haven’t been this angry about something in a long time. Fix this. Put TCM back where it was!

I just got off of the phone with COMCAST customer service and was informed of their decision to move Turner Classic Movies into a sports package in which I would have to subscribe to/pay an extra $9.99 per month. I have a HUGE problem with this! I live alone and I don't watch sports. TCM is the main reason I have cable as I stream almost everything else. I sincerely hope COMCAST management is monitoring all the negative feedback and reverses course. I intend to cancel and go with Verizon since it is also available in my area. AND, my daughter is also a COMCAST customer and I just received a text from her that she is cancelling her service too. She’s been debating cancelling for a while as she also streams a lot of her content. Moving TCM was the last straw for her. It's stupid that I have to subscribe to a sports package to watch my beloved TCM. Fix this COMCAST!
