This is weird...but I can not check my internet usage (page times out, or just hangs indefinitely) from multiple devices. From any Windows or macOS machine, with any browser (even Linux), if I am checking from my home IP address, it just never works.
From my iPhone or iPad, same, unless I switch over to cellular (which in turn gives the device a different IP) or any of the aforementioned devices, if I enable my Nord VPN (thus giving me a new IP) I can access the meter, works fine.
I thought about engaging Comcast Support, but trying to get their normal Tier 1 Support to even comprehend what I just described would be rather painful, so I am trying here first.
