I had this same issue. An Xfinity representative was able to help by unlinking an old account that was tied to my current Xfinity subscription. The previous address that I moved from was still linked to my current address. I cancelled service at the old address & the Xfinity Stream Beta app was recognizing it as an account that did not have a subscription to internet & tv. Check to make sure you do not have an old account linked to your current active account.
