We have the same exact issues. No explanation as to why our data had suddenly taken a huge increase. I had 5 devices placed on the Xfinity hotspots for a month and I am still having a huge increase in usage even when we are not at home. Something is definitely fishy. Customer service has no answers and can only read the cue cards that are in front of them. As of yesterday, I do not have access to the Xfinity hotspots and again the cue cards do not help with the issue.
