Hi,
2.5 days ago, i got notified I used 90% of 1TB. Yesterday, I got notifed 100% of 1TB limit.
Since yesterday, I disconnected all wired and wireless device (except one pc for monitoring) and kept monitoring my own router, NETGEAR C7100V.
Since I heard 24 hours windows needed, I compared since yesterday.
In my routher it says ~200MB traffic (both upload/download), but xFinity website says additional 30GB since yesterday.
I've been talking with xfinity agent/security/techinition on the phone, and they keep saying xfinity does not have any problem on their end, even though I argued there must be something based on the big difference of usage between my router and xfinity side... No suggestion/resolution/help.
I would say goodbye to xfinity unless I get some knowledgeable explanation/suggestion/help.
FYI, I'm computer consultant understanding networking/security on computer, and I've been using xfinity with no issue so far.
Could someone have similar issue, or any help on this?
