I have called numerous times to reduce my monthly cost. Nobody has been able to help me. They say I am on the lowest plan. I pay for double pay and only use the internet. Because I cannot get any help with my bill, I was forced to schedule a disconnect for 9/20/19. I do not understnad why they can offer new customers Blast Internet for 49.99 per month but cannot extend that price to me. I am paying 79 per month and am not using all of the services I pay for. Why is comcast unwilling to help their customers? Why does comcast continue to take advantage of long time customers with high prices? I would think they would want to keep a loyal customer!
