I'm sorry but this is a decision that is based on your company's profit margin and not what your customers might want. You should have communicated with customers and asked what we would want, not just decide for us. We pay a great deal of money per month to have the highest package you offer and one of the reasons was having all of the premium channels. I can pay extra on my Amazon prime account to get cinemax but I shouldn't have to. But even if I decide to do that, they offer it for less money. I've been a customer with Comcast for years but really getting tired of having things changed. Will customers be credited on their account for the change? Hitz just plays a lot of old movies. And it is all on demand and I have to go through lists to find what I thought I was just going to turn on to check out. I have Netflix for that, as well as Hulu and Amazon. So why do I need Comcast? This will be how you lose customers.
