I'm in Michigan, too, & I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm able to retrieve my comcast emails sometimes, sometimes not. It'll work one day & then be out another. Sometimes I go a couple of days without any emails & keep getting the same email error: We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment. The only problem is that "a moment" turns into "days." The kicker is that nobody at comcast wants to take responsibility & get it fixed. They just keep passing you on to the next unhelpful person. It's very frustrating!
