I have a 3 pack of xFI pods, and recently had to have a technician visit my home and he replaced my gateway to resolve the incoming Internet service issues. But now my xFI pods no longer appear in the xFI app and I have tried to re-add them several times and have not been successful in doing so. The app just keeps saying the same thing "Sorry, That Didnt Go As Planned. To continue, restart your Gateway: unplug/plug back in Wait ten min, then Try Again below. If this problem persists, please call us" I have done this countless times, contacted support, and could not get them to see my pods, even provided the serial numbers, they only emailed me links to the procedure to follow, which I am already doing properly 😔
Can someone please assist, in getting my xFI pods back online?
