Over the past few weeks we have had technicians (3) come out and determine no signal at curb. They file a maintenance ticket where infrastructure techs come out and replace a line extender somewhere along the path in the street/community. This has happened 3 times in the past several weeks. Typical sequence: Services out; Tech diagnoses no signal at curb and calls in a maintenace ticket; Maintenance replaces line extender somewhere in street; Services work for a few hours or a day; All services out; Rinse and repeat. There is some root cause that keeps resulting in this lack of service. Seems to have happened after a severe thunderstorm a few weeks ago which caused a wide area outtage. Has this happened to anyone before? Now going on 4th cycle of no services (phone, internet, cable).
