I’m having the same problem ... I lost 2 days of work because I’m transferred from person to person... no one can understand that this is a simple request : No features , no voicemail . 7 different agents none of them were able to help me. I’m so frustrated at the level of incompetencey of comecast . My supervisor hang up on me cause they informed me that it’s strictly forbidden to have a voicemail . I’m home based business and I’m not allowed to have a call waiting on my line ... I can’t explain the amount of energy and time I wasted with them . They are supposed to call me tonight ... God knows if they will. The worst phone company I dealt with.
