So I called the billing dept about being overcharged for my new contract and somehow in order to initiate my new contract, they had to reset the rented modem. Now I have no record button on my Roku & after waiting almost 48 hrs for a third tier tack to call me back & 90 minutes on the phone the tech can't tell me why I don't have a record button but tells me I can download tv shows. Well, how can I download the TV shows if they haven't been recorded? Anyone know what the problem is that the record button disappeared.?
