I guess it's a little comforting to know that this is a common issue. My neighbor is having the same symptoms. Funny this is, the second to last tech actually told me that given the issues, he recommended moving to AT&T to fix the problem. LOL. Another tech was here yesterday and I gave him all the information, which shows that wifi is clearly blocking traffic, creating latecy delays and packet losses, basically making my video calls unusable. He said that Xfinity will not recognize an issue when it is related to wifi, that they need to see the issue on a wired connection. Based on that, I've given up and ordered AT&T today. It's a much lower speed but a lower speed that works is better than any speed that doesn't.

Internet checks out for 30 seconds, back in, then out 30 seconds, then stable, then hours later, ping requests are back to long response times and dropped packets. My firewall logs are below and I have ping reports for my gateway and google DNS. I've had at least 6 technicians out and have cell phone numbers for two supervisors. everything has been replaced, sometimes twice, from the pole to inside my house. No one can fix the issue.
