I have frequent dropouts as I conduct Skype or Zoom calls at night central time. Speed test seems to run but the stability of the connection is not there even at 250Mb...does not make sense to have lack of bandwidth when calls are voice based not video...we may only be sharing slides for review but no live video...can Xfinity help debug this issue...I see many instances like this online!! Is this a possible issue with traffic to neighborhood...maybe people using Netflix and online gaming causing this? Please help or I may need to find a solution?!
