Same here, internet in San Jose, CA has been unusuable the past three days. I was going to have a tech come out to look at it but got a message from Comcast this morning saying they fixed an area wide issue and that it should be working again. My internet worked fine after I did some checks so I canceled my tech apt. That was this morning.... Now I can't even load webpages again. I'm sad to hear that this is a huge problem from all these posts cause it doesn't seem like I can do anything about it but just be without internet again.
