We've experienced daily/hourly intermittent outages and extremely weak internet/TV signals in Houston for almost two weeks. We've tried all reboots/refreshes/resets possible, many times over. We had a technician come out a week ago who replaced all of our external and internal connections and the DVR. He was unable to improve our status and stated it was an area issue that was being worked, and to wait 48 hours. One week later, still no resolution, and the outage maps show nothing wrong in our immediate area. We've reported an outage several times since then. In search of any information or assistance that doesn't involve repeatedly rebooting our gateway/router/DVR, please.
