I opened a ticket with Comcast 2 weeks ago because streaming was not working (any device). This has been escalated to tier 3, and they can't provide an explanation or ETA for the repair. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have 2 accounts with Xfinity one from April of last year and one from 2 weeks ago. the one from April works perfectly, the other no streaming. This is getting a little aggravating.
