I would like to inform that I am considered a new customer.
My Internet service only was successfully activated on November 16, 2018. Since then, the Internet connection has been great.
As of today November 20, 2018, I have received notification that let me know that I must pay in full amount for the service for the month of November 2018. For this reason, I made a payment in full amount from my credit card on November 20, 2018.
For this reason, I am wondering if you could please take a look into my account to determine why prorate bill was not generated correctly and I would like to request partially refund based on my activation date.
