Hello, I previously used Xfinity in the past year but stopped for a few months, and now, I want to start an internet service again. I am able to log in to my account but I cannot shop for an internet servce. The site gives me the error message:
"Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.
Please contact the account owner to continue."
I have seen others post questions about this message in the forums, but I have not personally found a fix. I would appreciate the help. Thank you in advance.
