I have been waiting for months for this problem to get resolved without complaining, hoping it would get better. Not only have they failed to improve the situation, I have to try multiple times to connect with my wife and kids when we have good signal. And, sometimes that doesn’t work. I unloaded a lot of money to get everyone new IPhones and will now have to unload more money to put this problem to bed. Xfinity Mobile seems to be a failed experiment.
