Hi, I've just had Xfinity installed, as well as the Roku 3800 stick. When trying to activitate the Xfinity Stream App through the Roku, I get the "Error createDrmSession.403-102" after authorizing the account. See screen shot.
I have reset the modem, reset the Roku, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app...no success. I see a lot of people who had/have the same problems but no solutions posted. I called Comcast support and my issue has been escalated to Tier 2 support, but am still waiting to hear back, I thought I would check here for help.
