Just got off the phone with customer service. They said they're having an outage that is affecting the streaming service only. I've been having the same problem on my roku and mobile app. Finally got through to someone after 3 phone calls to customer service and that's what I was told.

UPDATE: Both Roku TV and mobile app working correctly after calling customer service. Apparently there was a problem on Comcast's end that the customer service rep was able to fix. Signed up for prepaid instant TV with the entertainment and kids packages today. Had the service before and no problems on Roku stick, Roku TV or Android mobile phone. Apps worked great. Now, when I try to watch any channels on my mobile app, I get error message 12012, basically saying this channel is not part of my subscription, when I'm only selecting channels that are part of my subscription. Or I get message saying I'm not subscribed to this channel. On the Roku TV, when I click on live TV, the app sometimes shows a black screen with an "OK" button in the middle. When I click OK, the app goes back to the menu screen where I can select search, browse, live TV, etc. Sometimes when I click on live TV the app closes. I have uninstalled app on phone and TV and reinstalled, but no changes. TV is compatible, being a Roku 5147 with 8.1 firmware. Any suggestions?
