May we please get confirmation that Comcast is dealing with this as a system issue, and an estimate of when the problem can be resolved? I have an iPhone 6 Plus and live in an area with poor signal. Like others, I need WiFi to make and receive calls. But drops are typical despite having strong WiFi connection. All other devices depending on WiFi work fine. Texting on the iPhone is fine. Only the calling function is a problem. Is Comcast willing me to return to Verizon?
