I'm so tired of comcast; I don't know why they have to make everything more difficult for customers! Looking to change my plan as the promo period ended and the price has shot up twice now to unreasonable levels. Calling on the phone is a miserable experience. But looking online, they ONLY offer triple play plan pricing. Yet I can access a pdf with several pages of pricing for various plans/options. Why can't I select any of these options for my plan?
