Why on earth did Xfinity pull Turner Classic Movies from the basic package? More importantly, why were we, the subscribers, not given any warning about this? If enough people complain, will you put it back on the basic package? We already pay $229.00 a month for cable tv and internet, and now you want more? We actually have a top tier package, and I cannot believe TCM is not going to be part of it. WE ARE PAYING YOU A FORTUNE! This is terrible customer service, and clearly you do not care at all about your customers!! I guarantee you are going to loose customers over this - as it is now, you cannot compete with the streaming services, as they are so much cheaper. Because of this complete lack of caring and concern for customers, we will soon be joining the masses and cutting the cord, and I suspect cable tv will no longer exist in the next few years. I hope Xfinity understands that they did this to themselves!
