I have been receiving emails for a couple of months now stating our internet limit cap is reaching its limit. The problem is I signed up for the Unlimited Data Option back in 2019 and was paying the hefty $50 extra a month for it. Towards the end of July 2019 I decided to add Comcast's Xfinity Roku App and I added the Preferred package to it. No problem except whenever all that was done I now realized today the Unlimited Data Option was take off back in August 2019 bill and ever bill there after. I DID NOT give any consent nor authorization to do this. I would like for a Comcast Representative to assist me in this matter to get the Unlimited Data Option enabled. We only stream in our household and I don't want to pay for extra data when I should be on the Unlimited Data Option in the first place. I have PDF bills to prove everything I am saying. Thanks in advance.

At the moment we ONLY have internet services NO TV services with Comcast. We do not stream and haven't had streaming services for some time now, just didn't care for them. But, we want to get the Xfinity Stream that is on Roku but in order to activate it from what I'm gathering we must have television service? How can I enable ONLY the Xfinity Stream service without having the need of ordering any of Comcast boxes and such, we don't need them, we have Rokus? Do I just order TV service and that's it? I cannot recall to be honest and these days my brain is going bad at 50...Being disabled does that so keep yourselves safe.
Right now, we have the 150MB Internet service and pay and extra $50 a month for unlimited because all we do is stream by watching Amazon Prime, and as for me I watch Youtube videos with my daughter. She has to have her daddy time in the evenings.
But, college football is around the corner, we don't watch NFL and as an ex high school football assistant, well I'm done with high school football in Florida until they seriously make changes here in this state. So, I got to have at least one football league to watch, I rather watch my Florida Gators than the Nerf Football League, you know where they are over paid and 80% of them didn't complete college!!
Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance.
