Every single remedy that I've had problems with was told by Xfinity that it was a modem issue? Untrue. I have to turn off mywifi on any of my portable devices in order to sign in to Xfinity or Comcast? There is nothing wrong with my modem, I do not have any issues of logging in or resetting my modem for anything but Xfinity/Comcast logins. Where in it becomes a problem and simply cannot when trying to retrieve a password because you cannot do it via data even on an Xfinity mobile phone? . 98% of my data comes from turning off my Wi-Fi to log into an Xfinity / Comcast account on a mobile device and TVs along with gaming devices work fine. Smh. Last representative I spoke with hung up on me after 45 minutes because he could not understand the problem.
