Dear Comcast and Comcast Ted
With respect please stop telling us what free ACC games are on tv. Any self respecting ACC fan knows that. ... Please stop telling us you are trying to save us money. If that were so, you could simply lower our bills. [EDITED Addition: Perhaps by eliminating 100+ channels that nobody watches?]
Answer the the questions please. Anything less is infuriating.
Will you get the ACCN? If so When?
I mean, @Joe920 was respectful to Comcast Ted and his post, but let's be real!
How condescending can you be? Yes, we KNOW which games are on which channel / network. Patronizing and insulting ACC fans isn't the way to go now that we're beyond the 11th hour on the ACC Network launch. The first game is tomorrow night, and after that, I really don't think ACC fans who leave will be in ANY mood to return after this fiasco of treating and informing customers so poorly.

ACC teams in upcoming football games on ABC and ESPN are listed below (8/31 and 9/2)
This is a non-sequitur "answer" to this topic / thread.
We've been told at LEAST two things that make your post irrelevant:
(1) MUCH CONTENT will be MISSING!!! Just THIS WEEK, Clemson - Georgia Tech / VPI&SU vs. Boston College, The Huddle (multiple episodes), Packer & Durham episodes, etc. etc. etc. shall I go on ??????????
(2) Not ONLY is THAT content missing from the Comcast lineup; it will NOT be available on ANY of the various ESPN apps, either! Comcast's "customer care" (sic) is preventing THAT service as well!
This is a massive failure on SO many levels. I have to wonder about the management team, their lack of communication to customers and with their own agents we call on the phone, and their lack of customer awareness. I'll be leaving the TV service ASAP, and the internet service as soon as your competition's install team can get me on their calendar.

I'm sure that no one at a decision making level is reading them. Right now there seem to be two possible scenarios. Either the negotiators are playing hardball with Disney/ESPN and don’t think there will be any downside to playing a waiting game in which case they will add it sometime over the next couple of weeks, or xfinity doesn’t really plan to add the ACC network, but doesn’t want to publicly say so. I don’t think they really understand that when a customer switches, it’s personal to the customer and they aren’t getting that customer back. Or perhaps they just don’t care.
This is precisely the case. Comcast thinks customers will stick with them for internet service while we pay thru the nose for it ... and have to add Hulu LIVE, YouTubeTV, or something else for live TV. I don't know how any Comcast customer won't be mad enough so as not to give them ONE MORE DOLLAR <Edited>. I'll be switching services to the competitor that Comcast edits OUT of my posts, even though their internet installs are 18 DAYS behind in my area; due to ACC fans moving from Comcast.

Shame on Comcast and your inept Public Relations department. They have failed (1) their "customer service" (sic) staff, and more importantly, (2) their PAYING customers!
The ACC Network launces TODAY! And yet, there has been NO press release from Comcast regarding a "Yes" OR "No" answer on whether they will carry the network.
Discretion and control of information are vital in business negotiations. Well, ... guess what? The time for negotitation is OVER! How do we know? (1) Charter / Spectrum, DirectTV, etc. etc. etc. all made THEIR announcements 10 days or more ago and (2) the network launches TODAY!
<Edited> Because I write BIG CHECKS EVERY MONTH to COMCAST! NOT Disney, or ESPN, or ACCN, or somebody else. But my checks go to COMCAST! So, Comcast was accountable to ME for a decision LONG AGO, and did'nt make it.
SHAME on Comcast. I'll be moving to another internet, phone, and TV providers ... after a couple of decades <Edited>, not getting ONE channel worth watching while still PAYING for more than 100 that NOBODY watches!
Angry in Georgia.

... needs to get with the Comcast Public Relations department and compose a PRESS RELEASE. TOO many of us are straddling the fence ... waiting on a "Yes" OR "No" from Comcast on whether the ACC Network will be available to subscribers at the launch next week (August 22nd).
I understand business negotiations require discretion and can NOT be conducted in public. However, in THIS case, thousands of families (i.e. translation: PAYING CUSTOMERS!) are waiting, and need to take action to find other providers if Comcast delays further, ... OR says "no".
Charter / Spectrum announced their participation today. Friends I've spoken with agree: We'll leave Comcast TV next Tuesday or Wednesday with no PRESS RELEASE on Comcast's intentions. I can't leave the internet service ... yet ... because the competition told me that so many are leaving Comcast over this ACC Network issue that their "waiting time" for installs right now is 18 (EIGHTEEN!) DAYS! So, I'll leave Comcast internet service about 3 weeks later than the TV service ... unless we get positive news by Monday (August 19th). "NO NEWS" is "BAD NEWS" in this circumstance. I'd hate to change, but Comcast can't delay further lest they make me risk the launch day and the first football game.
Hoping for a Comcast PRESS RELEASE. And ... SOON!
