Why is it that every time I try to Shop Offers (using the XFinity Assistant), or Change My Plan from the account managment page, I get redirected to an error page that states "We're sorry. Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help."? It has been like that for a while, and doesn't matter what browser I use. Getting bounced around the self-service pages is not very good customer service.
