After haviong Multiple outages every day for 6 days in a row, some of which lasting for over an hour, during this time when many people are working from home, Comast "policies" are a joke. Comcast was so kind as to offer me a $7 credit (1.5 days of the bill) based on the total minutes of outages I have experienced with no consideration for how disruptive each of these outages truly are - dropped from video conference calls, unable for my student to do their school work, etc.
