Your website has been saying I can't manage my plan since OCTOBER. I do not need help and your message is a joke. This needs to be fixed because I am SICK of seeing "Looks like you need some help." Also I did call your phone number the error gave and your reps are clueless. I will not purchase a plan through the phone reps as they are very shady about how they word things. I will only make my own decision so FIX MY ACCOUNT NOW. Currently looking into AT&T since they actually let me view plans online.
