I just wasted an hour on a chat trying to lower my bill now that my contract expires and my bill jumped up significantly (without a heads up, thanks for that). The chat rep said to call in after an hour of ridiculous package offers, but when I called I was told that department is closed today. Then I got an email talking about how my time is important to Xfinity. I was seriously offended after having an hour wasted. Who exactly do I need to contact?
