Ours doesn't work on either of our Galaxy s8 that we just bought. It's obnoxious because I finally dialed my phone # and set it up the next week I called my voicemail and had 6 unheard voicemails. I really want the app to work, but so far have found zero helpful tips.

Xfinity mobile employees, I need some actual assistence. I tried calling the help line, and was told my issue was escalated to tier 2, but I never received a call back. This has happened twice, and I am getting very frustrated!
I received two iPhone 7's when I started my account. Immediately out of the box they were put into Otterbox cases and had tempered glass screen covers put on. I am very particular about my phones, especially when they cost this much! After half a month I decided to exchange both of them for Galaxy s8's. The return process went really well - I received my new phones and sent back the originals. The iPhones were re-packaged into their original boxes (including all parts, accessories, documents, and packing materials) and they were in absolutely pristine, brand-new condition. Not even a fingerprint.
Fast forward to a week before Christmas, and suddenly Xfinity takes $350 out of my bank account. I called to fix this obvious mistake, and all they can tell me is my returned phones were "not in good condition." I asked how I can challege this, since I know for a fact that the phones I sent back were PERFECT, and I followed every instruction regarding packing and shipping to a tee. I was told that they would call me back in 24-48 hours. It has been three days, not a word. I recognize this was a holiday wekend, but this is not the first time I was told I would be called back and I was stood up.
I can not afford to have $350 STOLEN from me, especially not in this season. I switched to Xfinity to save money, but this has me rethinking my decision. Since the customer support over the phone has been of no help, I am turning to the forums as a last effort.
