I have been with Xfinity mobile for 6+ months my iPhone 7 Plus is already paid off . I tried to upgrade to the iPhone X and was told I cannot even though I meet all the requirements because Xfinity mobile systems are not capable of offering upgrades to customers at this time . I was told the workaround would be to add another line use the phone on my current line however my phone will not be eligible for insurance and I will still have to pay an extra fee for another line . This is on acceptable and I am very dissatisfied .
