I was having an issue where the app loads, but when trying to watch a channel, the app would crash and return to the Roku home screen. I ended up having to remove the channel and re-add the channel to resolve my issue.
To remove the channel, highlight the Xfinity app, and press the * key on the Roku remote. Then remove the channel.
To re-add the channel, go to your web browser and log into Roku. Add the Xfinity stream app, then open the app on the Roku device and re-authenticate/re-authorize the app through www.xfinity.com/authorize
