We had the same problem, the app on the phone worked, but we have a smart tv in a bedroom that we just stream thru (vs paying for an extra box) & it kept saying session expired ( but even logging on to the HBO GO account to refresh it did nothing nor brought up a reactivation code on the tv screen) so we ended up just deleting the app completely off the tv & redownloaded it. Then we went thru the original normal setup steps to reactivate it, & Whaalaaa.... Worked like a charm! Hope this will help resolve the problem for some of the others that have experienced similar issues!
