Were you able to get this resolved for ccribb and get their ID channel back? We had the same thing happen and prior to switching our package, had discussed with the rep that we absolutely must have that channel and they assured us that we would. Then suddenly it was gone. I have spoken with two reps (one of which was through one of those courtesy cards that is supposed to get the best help possible) and no one know why it's gone or won't say. Is there a way to get the ID channel back? It's still listed as a channel that is available on all 3 digital packages, even the lowest starter package, so how can it just be gone?
