Ok - so I just received that nasty email from Comcast about exceeded the cap. Unbelievable and unethical business practices of something which would not be tolerated anywhere else in the world. I wish we were like Europe where we had anywhere form 6-8 different ISP's who compete as it should be for internet access.
I have been having major computer issues and on my 3d motherboard this month and after having to redownload all my Steam and Origin games with every install I've hit the Comcast max. Anyone had any luck talking to Customer service? I figure it's useless to try since the so called "company" has no repercussions for terrible customer service.
