I just reset the Caller ID to show on the TV (with help from Comcast).
On your remote, Press Xfinity, then at the right Press the sprocket, then press Preferences, then press Notifications, press All Notifications to OFF (it's just a toggle switch when you press enter), then press Xfinity Voice to ON. It will show Custom at the top. Then Exit. Next, do the steps again and turn All Notifications to ON.
You should be good now. I figured if we had this problem, others might, too. Good Luck
