Hi, my internet keeps going in and out and my TV is pixelated then loses connect. My neighbor is having the same exact issue. He has called numerous times and they sent a tech to his house and his system was "fine" we need someone to check our lines leading into our houseses or the neighborhood. I've done all the standard Troubleshooting 101: - Reset Router - Reset Modem - Unplugged both for 30 seconds - Unplugged cable box for 30 seconds - Ran the online diagnostics through xfinity for both TV and Internet Of course all these came back fine, and fixed nothing.
