Yeah, same here. Keeps saying it is unavailable. I have reset the box, unplugged and all that, and still nothing. Half the time it doesn't work so then I should only have to pay half as much...Yet again I have to watch online through NBC Sports..I WANT MY MONEY BACK...Xfinity, the worst cable company who rips off their customers by charging them for things they won't fix or even care about...The package is not cheap....I am so tired of this insanity.. ... I am having the same problem except trying to see the West Ham match in 7 hours. All the folders and so on that everyone is talking about is not on my OnDemand and I do have X1. I did a search and everything. There is not even mention of a West Ham game when I searched....I wish I could have Direct TV where I live...I have been with Comcast with a few accounts at this point for pretty much since it existed, and it still not good.  WHERE CAN I WATCH THE MATCH!!!???!!??!! If I have to watch online, again, I am going to cancel all sports packages I have and just pay for NBC Soccer Live online and on app.  ... View more
