I am beyond disappointed with Xfinity on all levels now. <Edited> I am forced to have a very unattractive plan with them ($110 for basic cable and Internet-which I will drop as soon as I graduate, and I will switch to mobile Verizon)I tried at least to get something back by filling their surveys. Well, I thought I was redeeming 100 points, just to get a message that I did redeem them, but I never received an Amazon gift card code or anything. I mean, this is too much even from them. And of course they have no point of contact on that survey website.
