Our income dropped by a lot and we're struggling to pay our utility bills. We are trying to keep Internet and TV service while we're in isolation. I paid two months of bills a few days ago. Only Xfinity had charged a late fee. We're trying to keep up. Is there any way we can get that late fee waived? We have really good credit and I hate to lose that, plus we could also really use that $10 right now! I am hoping we can pay on time for the next few months but I'm hoping Xfinity won't charge a fee if my payment is late while we're not able to work. I tried the chat but it appears to be a machine. I'm deaf and can't make the request by phone. Anyone know if I can email? Thanks!
