Well its been 4 days and still my NEW internet doesn't work. I purchase for 100 mbps but getting below 20 and sometimes .8 mbps. I have contacted CS numerous times and getting the run around. I changed internet server to work from home because the previous server company only gave me up to 25 mbps in my area. So I switch and its worse. I really can't use the computer. Again SILENCE from COMCAST. Needless to say I am so angry and ticked off. They are not living up to what they promised. They show they just don't care. Maybe time to look for another server.
