I have the same problem and it also started first thing Saturday morning. I had my X1 box replaced Monday and all was well, but the new box exhibited the identical problem first thing Tuesday morning, so it's pretty certain it's a Comcast system problem introduced during the overnight refreshes. I'm currently waiting for a call from a Comcast supervisor to get the info conveyed to the head-end techs. I don't know how widespread the issue is, but I live in Marietta, PA.
