Wow, it's now 2016, and I'm having the exact same issue these people were reporting years ago, watching a variety of shows, on a variety of browsers, on a variety of operating systems, on a variety of computers, on a variety of internet connections, at a variety of times throughout the day. So zero progress has been made? Does anyone at comcast care about the user experience?
The ads play sometimes for as long as 10 or 15 minutes before returning for a 4 minute chunk of content. The ads frequently crash my browser. I am often met with a black screen for several minutes at a time, followed either by more insufferable ads, or I have to refresh the page and start the whole process over again. I do not have ad blocker software enabled.
It's pretty ridiculous that this is still an issue. I should be able to watch a 40 minute show without having to watch an hour of commercials in order to do so.
