No, no one else has access to any of these. I live alone and never have guests. There's something going on at Xfinity's end. One channel might indicate that I mistakenly un-favorited a channel. Fifteen to 20 channels being un-favorited all at one time suggests somethig else is going on. About a year ago, my account (and probably many other people's) was hacked and someone set up a mobile phone account in my name, and they ordered phones. The phones were to be delivered to my home, so I think the hacker just wanted to see if he could set up an account easily. I had a heck of a time convincing Xfinity that it was an account break-in. When I finially was able to be connected to the security and fraud team, they weren't at all surprised, and they didn't apologize. I now require that a code be sent to my phone in order to log in, and I change my password every week or so. Anyhow, after that incident, I'm obviously suspicious. I also know that I'm not the only person whose account has been hacked. I hate Xfinity, but they're the only choice where I live. They know it, and I don't think they care too much about customers. Their new pitch is that they now are focused on customer service (which suggests that they know they didn't used to be focused on the customer). Unfortunately, it's a little too late to win over someone like me. I've had to endure Comcast/Xfinity for 20 years. As they've gotten bigger and bigger, they've gotten worse, not better.

Over the past week, I've noticed that channels I've marked as Favorites are being automatically un-favorited. It was only occasional at first. However, this morning, more than a dozen channels were missing from my favorites. There's no rhyme or reason to the type of channel that's missing. What's going on? Has my account been hacked--AGAIN?
